Getting the app
Who this is for: everyone. ClubEzy works in a browser, but the app on your phone gets you notifications for chat, events and announcements.
Install the app
Section titled “Install the app”- iPhone and iPad: ClubEzy on the App Store. Needs iOS 15 or later. The listing is on the Australian store; use the link rather than searching.
- Android: ClubEzy on Google Play.
Sign in with the email and password you used to accept your invitation or register.
Use it in a browser
Section titled “Use it in a browser”Go to member.clubezy.com on any phone, tablet or computer. Everything works there.
To keep it on your phone’s home screen without the store:
- iPhone (Safari): tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
- Android (Chrome): open the menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
Links open the app
Section titled “Links open the app”Links in ClubEzy emails, such as invitations, open the app when it is installed and the web app when it is not. Either way you land in the right place.
One account, every club
Section titled “One account, every club”If you belong to more than one club, or to a club across several seasons, everything is under the one account. The Choose a club screen appears when you sign in, and you can switch club or season from the menu at any time.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”- The App Store says the app isn’t available. You are on a store outside Australia. Use member.clubezy.com in your browser.
- The app asks you to update. Update from the store; the app checks for a minimum version.
- You cannot sign in. See Sign-in problems.
