Parents and families

Who this is for: parents and guardians of players under 18.

  • Under 16: children do not have their own login. You register them, and you see and act for them from your own account.
  • 16 and 17: they may have their own login, but must stay linked to a parent or guardian. You still see their events and chats.
  • 18 and over: they are independent members.
  1. Open the club’s registration link and choose My child.
  2. If you are signed in to ClubEzy, choose from Which child are you registering? or tap Add a new child. If not, fill in Your details (parent/guardian) first; ClubEzy creates your account so you can manage the registration.
  3. Fill in the child’s details and the club’s questions, then tap Submit Registration.
  4. After submitting, you can Add another parent/guardian: enter their name and email and tap Send invitation. They receive “You’ve been invited to be a parent/guardian on ClubEzy” and, once they accept, they see the child too.

When the club offers your child a place, the email comes to you: “{child} is invited to join {club} on Clubezy”. Tap Accept the invitation to accept on their behalf.

  • If you register them and give their email address, ClubEzy sets up a login for them and sends them an email to choose a password. Leave the email blank and they simply stay under your account.
  • If they register themselves, the form asks for a parent or guardian. If you are not on ClubEzy yet, you receive an invitation to link. Accept it (creating an account with the same email if you need to) and you will see “You’re now a parent/guardian of {child}”.
  • Profile → Family → Manage children lists your children. Tap one to open their profile, update their details, or invite another parent or guardian.
  • On the Schedule, you can RSVP for each child separately.
  • In Chat, you can see any team chat your child is in.
  • The parent invitation says it is for a different email. Sign out and sign in, or create an account, with the address the invitation was sent to.
  • You cannot see a child. Ask the club to check the link between your account and the child’s profile; only a parent already linked can invite another.
  • Your child turned 16 and wants their own login. Ask the club; a login can be added to their existing profile without re-registering.
