Archive a season or organisation
Who does this: an Owner, Admin or Manager archives a season; only an Owner or Admin can archive the organisation.
ClubEzy never deletes membership history. Archiving makes things read-only; it does not remove them.
Archive a season
Section titled “Archive a season”- Go to Seasons.
- On the season card, open the ⋮ menu and choose Archive.
The season moves to Archived Seasons with an ARCHIVED badge. You can still View it, and reports still work on it, but nothing in it can be changed. Permanent deletion is handled by ClubEzy staff on request.
Archive a season only after its match reports, attendance and kit orders are finished.
Archive the organisation
Section titled “Archive the organisation”Only for a club that is closing or leaving ClubEzy.
- Go to Settings → Organisation and open the Danger Zone tab.
- Click Archive organisation… and type the club’s exact name to confirm.
The organisation and every season become read-only and disappear from members’ lists; registration and orders close. Restoring is a ClubEzy support action, so contact us if it was a mistake.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”- You archived the wrong season. Contact ClubEzy support; archiving is reversible by staff.
- Danger Zone is missing. It shows only to Owners and Admins.
